The weather may be nice today. It is going to make it above 40 some degrees, YEAHH until tomorrow with more rain and possibly snow.  Winter this year just does not want to go away.

The garden center is looking up  We received all of our nursey stock yesterday. With blooming flowers in the greenhouse and  Shrubs full leafed it seems like spring.

Roses and shrub roses are blooming.  There is a new variety of shrub roses this year. Very pretty yellow.  My roses garden will have a few of them in it later.  Love shrub roses, they are so easy to take care of .

Cold  weather   Boy what a change from the middle of last week  39 for a high.  It is so good to get back to work.   In a green house with lovely flowers everywhere.    It needs to get a bit warmer to be able to enjoy being outside.

Horses are loving the green grass and having free roaming of the pastures again.

Have you ever tryed to lay Patio block with 3 Cardigans trying to help. 

It is not an easy task.

Ebbie thought she should help dig . Meaka and  Trek both thought the pile of dirt needed to be spread out in a bigger area.

Laying the sand was even for fun. All three had to investigate as Mom used that rake to try and level it . Of course that made the work of leveling impossible.  As I am sitting on the ground, laying the block I have 3 intense set of eyes watching every move. Then of course each block has to be investigated after it is layed. 

  I finally gave up and went into the house to get a snack.   As I walk out the door,  there lay 2 monster puppies on the already layed block.

BUT  what is Ebbie doing ?

She is digging in the sand.   I guess she wanted to reach China.

I finally did get all the blocked layed, after the 3 monsters were put in the kennel run.

After all is down and everything is cleaned up,  I let the 3 monster out . First place they head is the new patio block area to investiagte.  

 Now it is Treks favorite place to lay.

One project done and several left to do .

What a great weekend spent with good friends .  Weather was wet on Saturday but Sunday was beautiful.

Ebbie was WB both days for 2 points. BOB and Best Bred Byon Sunday. Nothing in Group, but that is ok, because she was very good . Ebbie is maturing into a very elegant Cardigan and boy can she move. Her  drive is super.

Corky has so much fun in the ring. She was so happy that she got to go along.

Had supper Saturday night at IHOP with good company- Brian and Amy, Dave, Judy, Dawn, and myself.  I think a good time was had by all...

Trace and Meaka had fun Saturday Night at the fun Match. Meaka is so serious on the table . With it being her first time away from brother and Mom she did quite well.     Trace was BOB  and a group 2 in the puppy group.

It was a fantastic weekend.

Well Spring seems to finally have come to MN . The mud is drying up .Horses are blowing their winter coats.

Meaka and Trek have learned what a cat is . The mamma cat did teach them both a lesson today. On how to be nice to a kitty. 

Show season is starting soon,  be nice to see certain people again.....

Starting working on placing more  block to make the patio area bigger.   This will be a all summer job with placing a few every week.

Is nice to have the warmer weather again.
